Compensation in case of damage or loss/theft:

The rented sports equipment is not insured unless you arrange this yourself. If you damage the hired equipment in such a way that we can no longer hire it out or the equipment is stolen, we will have to charge you the current value. You can insure yourself against this risk directly on site with a surcharge of 10% of the hire price and you will not have to pay anything more. In addition, the incident must be reported immediately to the relevant security authority (police) and the hire shop must also be informed. Otherwise we will have to charge you the current value of the stolen or otherwise lost equipment.

* You can then refer to our “Best Offer” if another dealer located in the same town offers the same offer (same booking period, same range of services, no discounts, no online bookings) at a lower price, we will refund you the difference. This is subject to the condition that you present or send us a photo within 1 week at the latest (from the end of the booking period) showing the cheaper offer.

** 7 days drive, pay 6 days. Prices are in Euro. Damage to the rented equipment is to be replaced by you under the legal conditions. For a separate lump sum of 10% (of the above prices), you can hedge for such cases. In the event of theft, a police report must be reimbursed by the customer and a deductible must be paid. Deductible: Comfortclass € 150, – / Masterclass € 250, -. Please bring a photo ID.
